As the grandson of a dairy farmer, the Country air has been my life. From breeding chickens in primary school to owning ferrets, dogs, guinea fowl, alpacas, cattle and sheep - I have had a love affair with animals and am now passing this on to my own children.

We have owned and bred Suffolk’s for many Years on our acreage and thanks to a close family friend being an experienced and well-respected sheep farmer, his willingness to share his knowledge has accelerated our own knowledge of sheep much faster than most.

In 2022, whilst at the Australian Sheep and Wool Show in Bendigo, my youngest son stumbled across a Babydoll Sheep display and instantly fell in love. From that moment on, he told me he was going to be a stud sheep owner and wanted a small flock of BDS to progress his dream.

Fast forward to 2024 and here we are!

We acquired a small flock of Stud ewes from "Halfway” Stud in Gobarup, Victoria and purchased our first Stud Ram from “Harcourt” Stud in Central Victoria - Harcourt G3470 who we have affectionately nicknamed “Chunker”.

Our aim is to breed fast growing, true to type Babydolls who lamb easily and have plenty of personality.

Our farm overlooks the soft river flats of the Yarrowee River in Buninyong Victoria, and we are fortunate to have good pastures and plenty of water which enables us to breed healthy, well-muscled sheep who are happy and fit for purpose.
